We are located in Ruhija, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest which offers a great variety of activities.
This is one of the most famous activities. Gorilla permits must be booked in advance since they are a requirement for gorilla tracking. The lodge can arrange these permits from Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) on behalf of our clients if asked in advance or at the time of booking the lodge. They cost 800 US dollars for foreign non residents, 500 US dollars for Rest Of Africa, 700 US dollars for foreign residents and 300,000sh for East Africans.
For walking safaris through Bwindi impenetrable forest, book in advance and our local guides will take you through. This also includes guided walk s to Mubwindi swamp and to a water fall.
This involves cultural dances from the local people of the community, visiting the Iron smelters, basket weavers and honey collectors.

Stories will be told by the knowledgeable elderly people about the rich history and culture of Bakiga over a camp fire, enjoying your beer, tea or coffee. This is arranged on request.
